Electric Gearbox Introduction
EMTST electric gearbox is a three speed gearbox for electric car,
designed and developed by our company, which owns intelhectual
property. This electric gearbox is designed, according to the new
electric car national profession standard. The high gear(1:7) of
electric gearbox makes vehicle run at max speed of 50KM/H; the
medium gear(1:14.66) can provide vehicle with enough torque, when
light loaded or running in hilly road; low gear(1:27) can provide
vehicle with enough torque, when heavy loaded or running in much
hilly road. All gears of this electric gearbox are thickend, which
improves gears' strength and expands gearbox life time. Electric
gearbox gear shifting system adopts single cable straight pulling
method, which is easy to operate.
